14. Overcoming Made Easier With Brotherly
Love In Small Companies James 5:19,20 “Brethren, if any of you
do err from the truth, and one convert him; Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall
save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.” Leviticus 19:15-18 “Ye shall do no unrighteousness
in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt
thou judge thy neighbour. Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against
the blood of thy neighbour: I am the LORD. Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy
neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but
thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the LORD.” Isaiah 63:7-9 “I will mention the lovingkindnesses of
the LORD, and the praises of the LORD, according to all that the LORD hath bestowed on us, and the great goodness toward the
house of Israel, which he hath bestowed on them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his lovingkindnesses.
For he said, Surely they are my people, children that will not lie: so he was their Saviour. In all their affliction
he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them,
and carried them all the days of old.” Luke 17:3 “Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee,
rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day
turn again to thee, saying,I repent; thou shalt forgive him.” I Peter 3:8-11 “Finally, be ye all of one mind,
having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous: Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for
railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing. For he
that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him
eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.” I John 4:21 “And this commandment have we from him,
That he who loveth God love his brother also.”
