1. Love for GOD calls for separation
from a world demanding His dismissal
II Corinthians 6:14-18 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness
with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what
part hath he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of
the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive
you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.” Acts 4:26
“The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.”
Revelation 16:14 “For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth
and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.” James 4:4 “Know ye not
that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.”
2. A group of twelve is enough to constitute A Small Company
Luke 6:13 “And when it was day, he called unto him his disciples: and of them he chose twelve, whom also he named
apostles” Matthew 10:5-8 “These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way
of the Gentiles, and into [any] city of the Samaritans enter ye not: But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out
devils: freely ye have received, freely give.” Mark 6:7 “And he called unto him the twelve, and began to
send them forth by two and two.” Matthew 18:19,20 “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree
on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where
two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” Numbers 1:44 “These are those
that were numbered, which Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: each one was for the house
of his fathers.”
